A tribute to my Friends
A poem of tribute to my friends
Who help me to tie up loose ends;
I had gone back to the land yonder
And had many a problems to ponder;
A helping hand did they extend
No big deal they did pretend;
They helped me in my hour of need
And voluntarily did me a lot of good deed;
They spent their time, effort and energy
And gave my mission the needed synergy;
When I was painfully harassed
I felt the world’s goodness was lost;
But their resources friends harnessed
And graciously played my helping host;
My vulnerability was anesthetized
And my safety was carefully energized;
They their generosity underplay
Its their willing duty they say;
Did I ever for this kindness prepay?
If not, how am I going to repay?
I have broken free of my servitude
And freely now express my gratitude;
All my friends may not read this
But my appreciation for them it is.

Will always be there for you….
Now and forever….
your friend
